The Cula Platform can reflect outgoing deliveries of carbon sink and other material. Accurate tracking of outgoing deliveries ensures traceability of materials like biochar, liquid CO2, biomass and mixed products down to the final consumer, which is required under different carbon removal reporting standards.

Recording an Outgoing Delivery

Navigate to the Outgoing Deliveries Module: Go to https://app.cula.earth/site/outgoing-deliveries/running-deliveries or click on Outgoing Deliveries on the left navigation bar.

Initiate an Outgoing Delivery: Click on + Add Delivery at the top right corner.

Enter Delivery Information: Complete all required fields and adjust the date as needed. Note: The required and optional fields depend on each customer's Cula configuration and will look different than the screenshot below.

Select Payload:
- For Deliveries from Inventory: Click on Select from Inventory and select the relevant payload from Inventory. Click on Move to Delivery and select the Delivery Record.

Confirm Relocation: Click Confirm to move the payload to the Delivery. Click on the Delivery Record to return to the Outgoing Delivery Record
- For Deliveries from Pile: Click on From Pile and input the relevant payload details in the Take From Pile window.

Confirm the weight of the payload: Click Confirm to move the payload to the Delivery.
- For Deliveries from Inventory: Click on Select from Inventory and select the relevant payload from Inventory. Click on Move to Delivery and select the Delivery Record.

Confirm Outgoing Delivery: Click Finish to register the outgoing delivery.
Note: To cancel this action, click on the Delete icon. To leave the Outgoing Delivery in draft mode, close the form by clicking on the Save icon or Close (X) icon. -
