The Cula Platform can reflect incoming deliveries. Accurate tracking of incoming deliveries, e.g. of feedstock for carbon removal activities, ensures traceability of feedstock sources and volumes as required by different carbon removal standards.

Recording an Incoming Delivery

Navigate to the Incoming Deliveries Module: Go to https://app.cula.earth/site/incoming-deliveries/running-deliveries or click on Incoming Deliveries on the left navigation bar.

Initiate an Incoming Deliveries: Click on + Add Delivery at the top right corner.

Enter Delivery Information: Complete all required fields and adjust the date as needed. Note: The required and optional fields depend on each customer's Cula configuration and will look different than the screenshot below.

Confirm Incoming Delivery: Click Finish to register the new biomass in the inventory.
Note: To cancel this action, click on the Delete icon. To leave the Incoming Delivery in draft mode, close the form by clicking on the Save icon or Close (X) icon.
