To prepare for our first onboarding meeting, we'd love to get a feel for how your site operates. This helps us configure Cula to match your existing processes.
Before the meeting, please send us:
- A 5-10 minute video walkthrough of your site
- Photos of relevant machine interfaces (especially your pyrolysis reactor HMI)
- Example operational documents (such as scale tickets, handwritten or Excel sheets and delivery notes)
- Any existing LCA or certification documents (if available)
Your video walkthrough
A phone video is perfectly fine: it doesn't need to be professionally recorded. Simply walk through your site in the same order that the material flows and explain what happens at each step.
A good video usually covers:
- Feedstock: Where does it come from? How is it delivered, stored, and measured?
- Processing: Show any preparation steps before pyrolysis.
- Pyrolysis: Show the reactor, how it is operated, and any related equipment.
- Biochar handling: Explain how biochar is collected, stored, processed, and measured.
- Delivery & carbon sink: Show how biochar leaves your site and reaches its final application.
- Data tracking: Briefly explain how you currently record operational data and whether there are machines or software you'd like to connect with Cula.
The video is only used internally by our team to better understand your operation before onboarding.
Don't worry about making it perfect, we're much more interested in seeing your real process than in a polished presentation.
