In order to allow Cula to register C-Sinks on your behalf, you have to give Cula Technologies GmbH access in CSI's Global C-Sink Tool.

Setting Cula as dMRV Provider

Login to https://idp.easy-cert.cloud/Login?culture=en
Select the “Global C-Sink Tool”
Navigate to “Company Profile” and click on the edit icon next to dMRV
Select “Cula Technologies GmbH”, check “I agree to provide the appointed dMRV all necessary permissions.” and click on “Save changes”
