Registering Biochar Application
In order for the biochar producer to obtain Carbon Credits, the application of biochar has to be registered through the QR code or Tracking link found in the delivery note. Follow these steps to complete the registration of the Carbon Sink.

Access Tracking Link: Access the tracking link provided by scanning the QR code found in your delivery note or by accessing the link directly if it was provided in a different way

Register Biochar Application: To begin the registration process, click on Register Application

Enter Biochar Application Information: Complete all required fields and adjust the date as needed. The location is pre-populated through the delivery note. If the biochar has been applied on another location, please select Use Current Location or Set on Map to indicate the exact location of biochar application

Confirm Biochar Application Information: Verify that all information is correct, then click on Confirm

Attach Biochar Application Evidence: Upload relevant Photos or Videos of biochar application
Adding Additional Biochar Application Evidence
When asked by a biochar producer to add additional evidence to a registered biochar application, follow these steps.

Access Tracking Link: Access the tracking link provided by scanning the QR code found in your delivery note or by accessing the link directly if it was provided in a different way

Navigate to media upload: Click on Attach Media

Attach evidence: Upload media and click on Save
Adding Additional Biochar Application Evidence as Cula User
To add additional evidence to a carbon sink as a Cula user, follow these steps.

Navigate to the Sink: Go to https://app.cula.earth/site/sinks/inventory or click on Sinks on the left navigation bar and select the desired Sink.

Attach evidence: Click on the paper clip icon with the label Upload File in the bottom right, select the images from your computer and confirm.
